Dudlow Tom and the Honky Tonk Blues are Austin’s champions of classic country, blues, and jump music of the 1940s & 50s . . . that famed music spanning the old Texas Honky Tonks & Juke Joints, to the Barrel Houses of the remote swamps along the Gulf Coast, to the infamous dive lounges of the old Deep Ellum in Dallas. Are they Country, Blues, Swamp Pop, Rockabilly . . . What? The answer is definitely “Yes!” Their music is not only a pure joy to listen to, but to dance to, and they are a favorite of Austin Dance Clubs!
